Get to know Fred a little more in our newest team member spotlight:
How did you get involved in the real estate business?
I was previously an Equity Stock Trader and left that highly volatile and risky business. Selling real estate was a natural transition for me. I wanted to remain in a financially driven industry and help people achieve their dream homes, and MG Group is the best place to do so.
How long have you been at MG Group? What have you learned from your time at MG?
I came to the Group in 2006 after 18 months in my first real estate position. I started with a rental firm but wanted a more sales-focused environment. The MG Group was a perfect fit. Mario Greco is a great mentor for new agents. He’s taught me the importance of substantive communication with clients and prospects and timely follow-up in order to create rewarding opportunities.
How does MG Group stand out from other teams, in the Chicago area or even nationwide?
What separates the MG Group is that we all operate as experts in the field. Since we all come from diverse backgrounds, we can confidently advise our clients throughout the buying/selling process, which consistently produces extraordinary results for everyone.
What accomplishments are you most proud of with MG Group?
Knowing that I have earned the trust of our clients in handling their most valuable asset is why I’m most proud of being associated with the MG Group.
What trends are you seeing in the Chicago residential market that are most interesting these days, or in looking forward to throughout the year?
The trend ahead is that we have to learn how to operate in an economically challenging year. Communicating with clients that it’s ok to buy and sell confidently even through uncertainty will be a skill that we all need to rely upon, because it’s more than possible.
