Gian is the best! My parents had been trying to sell their home for over a year with their previous agent and had not even received a offer in that time.

Right away Gian realized the mistakes the previous agent had made with the listing, suggested a minor cosmetic fix (which he helped us coordinate & was there for) and took all new pictures that came out great.

The best part of working with Gian was that he actually stuck to his word and did what he said he would for my parents home. He was there for every showing and called my parents afterwards with feedback from the showings. 2 weeks later, the home was sold!

My parents and I could not be more thankful for his efforts and professionalism! This was a huge burden and stress on my parents for over a year and Gian helped so much! He was truly hands on and took care of the home as if it was his own.
