Jay & the MG Group are incredible. It was no simple task to sell our multifamily property in Homewood. There were several hiccups along the way that were out of everyones control. Jay and Team were able to guide us through with expertise, attention to detail, and deep connections within the marketplace. They also have a really solid process in place. From pre to post sale. I am especially fond of their process once a contract is in place. Their ability to quarterback in conjunction with the legal team enabled me to sit back and avoid many of the stresses.
