1) Communication – Any time we had a question, no matter the day of the week or the time of the day, it was answered promptly and thoroughly. There were multiple occasions where we were impressed by rapid responses to our questions. If an answer was more complex, or we weren’t quite grasping the strategy behind negotiations or other items, Mario was quick to pick up the phone and call us to thoughtfully and patiently explain.
2) Professionalism – The MG Group knew what they were doing at every step of the process. The transition between those steps was flawless and we were impressed with the polish of every member of the team. Everything was done right on time, the first time.
3) Results – Without Mario’s direction, we would have left money on the table. Specifically, his ability to navigate our competing offers with grace was key. He identified red flags we would not have thought twice about. Had he not steered us in the right direction, our bottom line would have been negatively impacted, but the marketing strategy, negotiation tactics and closing were flawless.
