Working with Jay was such a great first time home buying experience! A year prior, I had been referred to him by a friend when I was looking to find a new apartment to rent. I ended up incidentally finding a listing separately from our search together that worked out great for the time being. But then a year later, I was in the market to purchase a condo and I immediately reached out to Jay. I had very specific “must have’s” and Jay patiently searched and toured many, many places with me. He really payed attention to my comments and critiques of each place we saw, which only improved the quality of each subsequent home visit and searches. We ultimately found a place I loved, and he worked quickly to put in an offer and demonstrated great knowledge and negotiating skills to move the deal along quickly and effectively. In the end, our offer was accepted and I feel both myself and the seller got a fair deal! If/when I’m in the home selling/buying market again, I’ll definitely reach out to Jay!
