Mario and his team are excellent – on the ball, responsive, NICE, and handled everything from beginning to end like pros. I was concerned initially when I saw the million dollar homes Mario has sold that my 1- bedroom condo might not be a priority for him, but that was not the case at all. Mario did almost all of the showings himself and I never waited long for a response to an email or text. His team members, Jay, Matt, Katie and Kim, were  especially nice, helpful, tech savvy (Jay!), solution-oriented, and went the extra mile. I have worked with people during this process who made my life harder and more stressful, but Mario and his group are the opposite. They embrace a challenge, great attitude and get things done, care about what you have to say and are very well organized. I would recommend them.
