I used the MG Group to sell a 3-flat in Bridgeport, Chicago. They priced the property fairly and despite the problems caused by the Covid Pandemic and having a buyer that wanted additional electrical work done, they were able to sell it for as much as the other brokers wanted to initially ist it at. I was out of town and they were very responsive and got a lot of buyers to look at the property.
