Alice, you are truly amazing. We honestly could not have gone through this, especially during this intense, bizarre year, without your support and guidance. You were so fantastic when we bought our condo that we knew you were the only one we wanted to help us sell the place. Just like before, you really listened to us and understood our hopes and concerns. You were always responsive and gave us honest feedback and expert guidance while always making it clear that you would support us in whatever decisions we made. You and the MG Group were incredibly on top of every detail and deadline and you were terrific at making sure that were on top of everything and timely in how we managed things on our end as well. I still can’t believe our condo ended up looking as good as it did for the photos and showings and that’s all due to you and your team (you were right about the pillows!).  All the time and effort paid off in a quick sale at a great price and now that we’re in our lovely new house and enjoying our amazing neighborhood, we’re even more grateful for your expertly shepherding us and supporting us all the way.
