Haakon is a total pro. Eight years ago, he helped us sell our condo and purchase our dream home (both in Bucktown). In late Spring of this year, when we made the decision to move out of state, we knew, without a doubt, that there was no one else that we would trust to sell our beloved home. Our home sold without ever being publicly listed to dream buyers. It was difficult to sell something that we cherished so much, but Haakon made the process painless. We had a few pie-in-the-sky asks, particularly with timing and Haakon was able to secure everything we asked for and then some.
