We recently sold our home in downtown Chicago (2107 North Magnolia, Unit 1B) through the MG Group led by Mario Greco. This was a condominium in a very historic building that we and our children had loved for more than a decade. The sale was not easy due to the changing marketplace in Chicago. We had a big bump in the road when one toilet overflowed after our family stayed there, and we then decided to renovate the entire unit. Mario and his team not only helped us remediate the damage, they also found us a world-class designer and contractor to re-do the entire unit. Once this was done, our condo sold within 8 weeks, and at the end we received 3 offers in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic – we considered this a Herculean achievement! His team, including Shani Stern, Katie Spurlock and Andy Bishop, were professional and extremely helpful. As an example, after every heavy rain Shani checked the unit to make sure there was no rain intrusion into our condo – all her reassuring messages and help were amazing. If we ever have another property to sell in Chicago the MG Group would be our first go-to company for getting the job done.
