My experience with the MG Group on my last sale was very positive. I had every intention of using them again this time. Their advice regarding home features, size of home and sale price was spot on, and listening to them and respecting their suggestions I believe really helped our sales.

Each showing, inspection, and appraisal appointment came with a summary from MG Group that alerted us to the general impressions of our homes and any issues, such that we could make the necessary modifications and consider updates for future projects.
