My closing was this morning and it could not have gone smoother.The condo I sold is in Chicago and I live in Phoenix AZ having moved here 12 years ago. When I moved here I rented the unit and when those tenants moved out a few years ago Peter Xantheas  found new tenants and when they wanted to renew he took care of that too. When it was time to sell Peter and The MG Group were the only ones I wanted to handle the sale and handle they did. They took care of everything and that is important when you’re trying to sell a property in Chicago when you live in Phoenix ! I did not have to lift a finger except open emails. The whole staff are dedicated and professional. Peter especially went above and beyond in getting my unit listed and sold.
