12 Years ago, I left Chicago for New York City and needed to sell my condo.  I was referred to Mario Greco.  Mario helped me with some comps and unfortunately at the time, my condo value was down.  He recommended I wait and rent it out.  Each year while I was gone, the MG Group proactively reached out to me to let me know how the value was doing.  In March of 2021, my tenant moved out and I decided to sell my condo in the middle of a pandemic while I was 2,000 miles away.   Mario and team were amazing.  I flew out to Chicago to meet Mario in person.  He walked me through the condo and helped me assess what needed to be redone/repaired.  He had a team that could do all the work and even helped me reduce the costs of the original cost for all the work.   I needed to redo hardwood floors, paint the entire place, replace lighting, replace laundry room flooring and buy all new appliances.  Every step of the way, Mario and team coordinated everything.  The work took over a month and all I had to do was make decisions and pay the contractors.  Everything else was handled.   They inspected the remodel work for me, ensured the appliances were installed properly, handled the inspection.  He even referred a lawyer who was excellent.   I literally had a worry free experience thanks to the amazing team at MG Group.   Thank you for making a stressful time so easy.   I highly recommend the MG Group for all your realty needs in Chicago.
