The whole group made this process a lot easier for me especially with being abroad for closing and having a tighter timeline.

Jay, I really appreciate how down to earth you were from the start. You understood my position and took a good chunk of your time to understand my thoughts and status of the house. I met with a few different agents and your patience and ability to relate to me were the difference makers. You helped with so much of the process and were always easy to contact. Kim, you were on top of everything throughout the whole process. Usually I could just look at a previous email you wrote to find an answer because you probably already explained it. You were easy to contact and were quick to resolve issues all the way to closing. Thank you for putting my mind at ease throughout this process.
