I’ve worked with Mario in the past and I’ve worked with Jay from MG Group this time around while I sold both of my condos with no outdoor space in a slow condo market. My condo sold in one week and my rental sold in 3. My condo had a very challenging agent/buyer. Jay managed her very well and got the deal done quickly, so I didn’t pay for an empty condo. Same for my rental. He managed working showings through my tenant who had a lot of appts at home, and managed to get it sold again so I didn’t pay for a day without a tenant. They all worked together to do great work!
