Peter Xantheas was our real estate agent from the Clybourn office, we found him by chance through another realtor in IL, who was in turn referred to us by another realtor in our prior home state. We had several obstacles in our process due to external factors and Peter helped us through all of it. He was meticulous, articulate and was our eyes and ears on the ground when we couldn’t make it in person for showings as we are out of state buyers. Peter went above and beyond in every way, not just over-delivering as a buyer’s agent but a genuinely great person.
