It was a pleasure working with MG Group, and Jay specifically, through the process of purchasing our first home. We were in the market two years ago with different representation (didn’t end up buying at that time) and the experience this time around was much smoother and enjoyable. As first time home buyers, we had endless questions about the process and property we were buying, and it was Jay’s responsiveness, knowledge, and patience that made all the difference. I felt very valued and heard by Jay and his team throughout the home buying process, and I very much appreciated Jay’s pragmatic approach to doing business. We are looking forward to many years ahead in our new home, but we are eager to work with Jay again the next time we’re in the market.
