Kim Smith and and all of the MG Group were wonderful! We sold our home remotely and needed more help than the average seller. They made our lives so much easier! We needed to complete some repairs on our place prior to listing. Everyone in the MG Group chipped in with ideas on improvements (painting, carpeting, repair work, etc.) and they made a series of introductions with contractors. They also facilitated the entry/exit of those individuals. Overall, the place was transformed (family didn’t even recognize it!). From a sales perspective, we thought our unit was appropriately priced. Our unit was under contract within a month and the sales process was very easy on us (given the guidance from Kim and her team). The customer service level was off the charts in every aspect you could want (e.g. immediate responses, willingness to go the extra yard to get something done, and real estate knowledge). I would fully recommend the MG Group to anyone who needs a real estate broker.
