As a first-time home seller, I was overwhelmed. Calling John Dasdelen from the MG Group to help sell my home turned out to be the best decision ever. I knew I was getting great people on my side, but he and Gian Dasdelen surpassed by far my expectations. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave me some good tips and a list of things I needed to do before putting my house on the market. In addition, their connections started to add value: they recommended an excellent loan officer, and connected me with their real estate lawyer. Most importantly, they really cared and made me feel like I was their only customer. I received multiple offers the first days the house went on the market, thanks in large part to John and Gian’s incredible work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home. They brought in fabulous photographers and when I saw my listing, I was blown away. MG Group marketing team is top notch and cannot be beat! My house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market. Although we received multiple offers, we ended up working with difficult buyers. John displayed his brilliant negotiating skills and Gian patiently dealt with many Facetime sessions and visit requests. They both were amazing in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner, and a final sale very close to listing price (and well above my original expectations!). I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with John and Gian Dasdelen!
